Conveniently located for exploring Cambridge and surrounding area, with free parking onsite, a frequent bus or an easy cycle to the city centre, and several excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Bicycles are available free of charge. Every stay with us helps to fund the much-needed restoration of our Grade-II listed cottage. Thank you!

The Orchard Apartment

The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

'Brookside'

Private split level apartment, comprised of three large rooms, in Chalet Bungalow in a truly unique location overlooking Village Green and Watercourse, centrally located with numerous shops, pubs and quality places to eat very close by. This is a good candidate for those relocating to the area and perhaps waiting for a permanent residence, or business user, perhaps wanting weekday accommodation. Or just a base for those on a short break in the area or perhaps visiting family or friends nearby.

A delightful & characterful detached self catering cottage in a country setting, on the edge of Milton Country Park with a king sized bed. Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided. We are unable to accept children or animals.

Snug, welcoming Guest House in Comberton

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Self contained garden studio at the end of long garden. Separate access from main house. Ten minutes walk from the science park and close to Cambridge North station. Easy access to Cambridge city centre. Off street parking. Regular bus service. Iron, hair dryer, microwave provided. TV and wi-fi - short term lets considered. Off street parking available. Double bed, kitchenette, walk in wardrobe and shower room. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine in the house if needed.

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

The Hideaway is a clean, comfortable and cosy home from home, with private entrance. It includes a fridge, microwave and toaster, as well as tea and coffee making facilities for your convenience. The property is excellently placed for easy access to the A14, and is only 150m from the guided busway to Cambridge city centre. The Hideaway is located only 300m from the local leisure centre which boasts a 25m swimming pool, large gymnasium and various indoor and outdoor sports courts.

Close to the centre of Cambridge, The Annexe is ideally suited for short or longer term stays, for both leisure and business traveller. Superbly equipped, with free private parking and a private garden with lawn and patio, this apartment will be a very comfortable choice. Only three miles from the historic town centre, Annexe No 9 is ideally placed for both work and tourism.

The Burrow

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.
