Unique, pretty & charming house, for 6 people, in a small, private & secure residence. Ideally located for visiting the French Riviera. Several south-facing gardens & terraces, on 3 levels, consisting of a living / dining room, with a terrace offering beautiful views of the sea, old Eze, and the stone viaduct of the corniche. Above the living room, the mezzanine with a bedroom / office & a bathroom, then on the garden level 2 bedrooms with access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms & a laundry room.

Al Piano inferiore troviamo la seconda camera da letto con il suo bagno con doccia. Al piano terra si trovano anche la sala con il grande divano, la sala da pranzo e la cucina accessoriata.
