Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

It was very easy to find and had the most comfortable beds.

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Das Haus von Evi & Anni ist wirklich schön und direkt am Meer gelegen. Der Strand direkt vorm ist zum schwimmen sehr geeignet, was wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der fussläufiger Nähe gibt es einen weiteren Strandzugang mit einer Bar, Schirmen und Liegestühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und gemütlich, allerdings sehr unterschiedlich groß und ausgestattet - wir haben dann gelost wer welches Zimmer bekommt. Die Küche und das Bad sind super, es ist alles gut ausgestattet und man kann von überall gut arbeiten oder es sich zum Lesen gemütlich machen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich. Man erzählte uns, dass die Gegend früher recht touristisch war aber da der Campingplatz in der Gegend geschlossen wurde, ist seit 10 Jahren weniger los. Der Ort ist ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen, was den Aufenthalt sehr ruhig und entspannt gemacht hat. Es gibt zwei Läden wo man einkaufen kann und einige Restaurants. Mit den Bussen hat auch alles gut geklappt. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Domna has been very helpful since the day we booked our stay. We traveled with our 4 months old baby and Domna made sure we had all the comforts required and an addition bed for our daughter. The place is clean and does reflect the listing description. The extra bonus credit is the little balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee overseeing the green hil ahead.

We enjoyed your stay here. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The space is not huge but very cozy. For us, this was probably one of the best accommodations we found on this service.

Πολύ όμορφος, τακτοποιημένος και καθαρός χώρος. Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένος και διακοσμημένος. Κοντά σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Και η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άρτια, απαντούσε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας με προθυμία και ταχύτητα.

Ήσυχη περιοχή με ωραίο τοπίο μέσα στα δέντρα , φιλικός οικοδεσπότης.. το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο . Μύριζε όμορφα με το που έμπαινες μέσα , τακτοποιημένα όλα ! Εύκολο στην πρόσβαση θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στο άμεσο μέλλον !

Wir waren 7 Tagen mit 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und waren alle 4 sehr begeistert und glücklich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist wirklich groß. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt und ein Café. Zum Strand sind es ca 2-3 Gehminuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen. In allen Punkten TOP.

Ilias ist ein freundlucher Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war schnell und unproblematisch. Eine tolle Wohnung für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern. Sie ist geräumig, hell und nur ein paar Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt. Ein großes Plus ist das sehr große Bad. Die große Klimaanlage im Wohnessbereich reicht für alle Zimmer. Minimarkt, Bäcker, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Mooi en proper appartement in een rustige straat. Steeds kunnen parkeren voor het appartement. Supermarkt is vlakbij. David is heel vriendelijk en gaf ons veel goede tips. Mooi uitzicht op de Olympus berg.

Πανεμορφο σπιτι σε μια πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά. Είχαμε μια μικρή δυσκολία με το κλειδί αλλά λύθηκε πολυ γρήγορα και άμεσα. Δεν είχαμε καμία δυσκολία να βρούμε το σπιτι. Ήταν καθαρό και ακριβως όπως φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες.

Very very nice and hardworking host that is always eager to please guests and accommodate their needs and wants with all he has. apartment is not far from beach, really close to shops and bakeries, meat markets on a wide street. Parking is available on street right in front of the appartement building. We had good neighbours (quiet) :)) Good value for money. Thanks for the chilled wine and water when we arrived( we don't drink alcohol but the thought was appreciated) and also when we left thank you for the gifts! Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Εξαιρετική επιλογή, όμορφο διαμέρισμα, μοντέρνο, καθαρό και με όλες τις ανέσεις, για να μείνει κανείς στην Κατερίνη και να εξερευνήσει την γύρω περιοχή.

Totale relax! Adoro questo posto, mi sentivo come a casa. Posizione perfetta, spiaggia come privata, acqua pulitissima, ombra naturale... Se ti sdragli sul terrazza potevi goderti rumore delle onde e quello non ha prezzo! Tornerò sicuramente. Mio marito era molto contento di parcheggio coperto.

Престоят ни беше превъзходен, благодарение на изключително гостоприемния домакин - Кики. Апартаментът е напълно подходящ за едно четиричленно семейство даже плюс куче😁. Беше изключително чисто, подредено и удобно дори за да си сготвиш, ако не ви се яде навън някой път. Намира се само на 100 м от плажа и главната улица. Олимпиаки акти е страхотно селище за почивка от забързаното ежедневие и шумния голям град, а също така се намира само на 3 км от Паралия Катерини, където също може да се разходите да хапнете и разгледате. Изключително доволни сме от нашата макар и кратка но достатъчна почивка. Със сигурност ще се върнем следващото лято!

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

Όλα ειταν τέλια το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ο οικοδεσπότης ειταν απσωγος. Περάσαμε τέλεια. Θα το ξανπροτημουσα στο μέλλον.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλό και ο Νίκος ένας άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Η περιοχή ήσυχη, αλλά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της μικρής πόλης όπου υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια και μπαράκια. Το σούπερ μάρκετ σε απόσταση αναπνοής, γενικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα!
