Spacious house with many rooms. Very comfortable beds. Amazingly beautiful chandelier in living room towering over staircase. Equipped with everything. Close to main market and hub of street food and activities. Urban but safe!

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

It was one of the best Arbnb homes that I stayed. The owners did a really great job about maintaining there house clean and tidy. Huge living space and dining area. All the rooms have AC. If I go back to iloilo again, i would definitely book again in there house. PS thank you for the mineral water!

A great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable night in the busy city. Conveniently located, very clean, cosy and comfortable. Angel and Christine are lovely hosts. Very friendly, helpful and flexible. My arrival time got delayed a few hours and that was no problem at all. I’m sad my stay was just one night as a stop over for a road trip. Would love to come back!

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

The place is spacious enough for a group of six. The pictures on the listing accurately shows what the actual unit looks like. It is easy to locate since it’s near and intersection and kind be easily searched through online maps. We were also able to cook some meals since there is a small kitchen equiped with basic cooking amenities. Lastly, the host is very easy to reach for questions and informations.

Ailyn was always responsive and friendly host ,the balcony have the best mountain view in Iloilo.

My husband and I stayed for a few days in January. The condo is at the end of the south side. It is spacious, clean and provided a restful place. Reception & security guards at the door at The Palladium were very helpful 24/7. It is walking distance to Festive Walk and we felt safe walking about day or night.

The place was great, also the host Ms. sharyn was so responsive and very accommodating.

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

Me and friends stayed there overnight and we can say that we really enjoyed our stay. The place was homey and cozy. We also felt secure during our stay. Wifi is fast, and the ammenities were amazing.

Stayed for 3D2N. The location is very accessible as it is only a few minutes away from SM City Iloilo. Amenities are also complete and functioning well. Unit is big enough for up to 5 people and it is very clean as well. The host is very responsive and answers all the inquiries nicely. Instructions given are all clear and well explained. I highly recommend thia place if you will be visiting Iloilo.

Had a wonderful time at Gladys's place in ILO! Great, quiet location, still close enough to cafes, 7/11 and one of the malls. The condo was lovely and perfect for our needs, and Gladys was super helpful and responsive the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed here for 7 days and I can say that it was worth it. The room’s clean and we were able to swim sa pool sa 1st floor. Malapit lng din sa mga restaurants and may 7/11 na din.

Everything you’ll need is available in this air bnb. The place is clean. The Condo is accessible to everything. The host is very responsive and accomodating. If we happen to go back to Iloilo we will definitely book this place again. Thank you Jo!
