La posizione è strategica perché la prima spiaggia sabbiosa si trova a 30 m, mentre in pochi minuti si arriva nel centro del paese. Magnifico anche d'inverno!

A circa 2 km dal mare e dal centro abitato di Sant'Isidoro, l'appartamento è immerso nella macchia mediterranea ed è situato in una posizione tranquilla e strategica per raggiungere le mete turistiche più conosciute sul lato jonico del Salento. L'appartamento è collocato al primo piano di una villa bifamiliare abitata al piano terra da Rossella e Riccardo. I posti auto sono custoditi all'interno della villa recintata. Fortemente consigliata l'auto per spostarsi. Non ci sono mezzi pubblici.
