Lovely apartment in Ierapetra

Comfortable studio to host your vacation in Ierapetra. The location is ideal to start exploring the city: close to the center and the beach(its only five minutes from the centre by foot and only 3 minutes from the sea by foot). The area is peaceful so you will enjoy spending time at the garden too.Every saturday the local market takes place near the house).3 supermarkets are very close. You will find the studio ideal for your staying. Fully equipped, spacious, quiet and ready to welcome you.

This fancy suite lies in an exceptionally panoramic area in the heart of old town "Kato Mera" just few steps away from the beach. Located in one of the most evocative parts of Ierapetra's promenade facing the old venetian Castle. The location of the suite makes it ideal for "car free" vacations. Restaurants , cafes, bars, banks and town's marketplace lie just within 2-3 minutes walking distance. In its' 70m² provides two bedrooms a spacious living area, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cozy home!!

Απολαύστε τη διαμονή σας σε αυτόν τον γαλήνιο χώρο στον τρίτο όροφο όπου υπάρχει πρόσβαση με ασανσέρ. Ευάερο και ευήλιο με μπαλκόνι και ακριβώς δίπλα στο σταθμό λεωφορείων και ταξί, μουσείο, φούρνο,ζαχαροπλαστείο, σούπερ μάρκετ, ταβέρνα. Σε απόσταση 500 μέτρων από την παραλία αμμούδι, την διάσημη λίμνη "Voulismeni" και την Μαρίνα της πόλης, καθώς και άλλες παραλίες σε απόσταση 15 λ περπάτημα! Στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας υπάρχει ένας όμορφος κήπος όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας!

This apartment is the most popular one. It is 50 square meters and it is literally on the beach, by the sea, having its own private balcony. The town centre is very close: It is only 10-15 minutes away, on foot, or 5-10 minutes away, by car. The apartment has almost everything for you to have a comfortable, enjoyable and unforgettable stay. During your stay, keeping the apartment clean is your own responsibility. Clean bed sheets and bath towels are being provided.
