Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

You’ll love my place because of the newly renovated fun road trip theme, the quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of Mt Evans and surrounding mountain areas. There is also plenty of no hassle parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There are no additional cleaning or other fees. State license #20191143115

Design is simple, natural, & has an earthy feel about it. It is VERY clean, but not updated. Just minutes from historic Idaho Springs Colorado and 35 minutes from Denver.
