This full-house rental is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and adventure, offering two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, two full bathrooms, and a large additional sleeping space with unique bunk beds featuring a queen and an XL twin mattress. Carolyn’s Cottage

Tiny house located only 20 minutes south of Broken Bow Lake, Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park. Quiet community, no dirt road, good parking. Sleeps 4 guest, with a queen bed in bedroom and a queen air mattress available for use on floor. Large tv with Roku, WiFi available. Refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, and induction hotplate with cookware for light cooking. Charcoal grill outside. Parking space for boat and trailers. All pets must be crated if left unattended.

Unwind in the Pines is close to all the kayaking outfitters and just minutes away from all the buzzing activity in Hochatown. Enjoy all that Broken Bow/Hochatown has to offer while being just far enough away to relax in nature without all the traffic and noise.

This little cottage is tucked away behind our home, in the middle of a scenic field. It has a Mimosa tree in the yard that is gorgeous when in bloom! Blueberry bushes in the field with a small garden nearby. Ducks go back and forth from the pond to the front yard several times a day! So whether you are relaxing at the cottage all day, or just using it as a place to sleep while traveling back and forth to Hochatown, you will likely see animals milling around!
