The chalet is close to the centre and all amenities. Ideal for skiing, hiking, swimming, boats and stand up paddle, climbing, mountain biking and many other fun activities. Chairlift at 10 minutes by foot from the chalet. This is the ideal chalet for a wonderful summer and winter holiday with family and friends.

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.
