Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στο τουριστικό χωριό, Αρμενιστής Ικαρίας. Διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα καναπέ ο οποιος γίνεται κρεβάτι. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που θα χρειαστείτε για τις διακοπές σας. Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

Welcome to our cozy apartment located in the heart of Agios Khrykos, Ikaria. Situated near the main port and within easy reach of the stunning beaches in the south, our home offers convenience and tranquility. The space features a comfortable double bed, a convertible couch. Nestled in the oldest neighborhood of Agios Khrykos, known as "Sevdali," meaning desire in Turkish, you'll experience a serene atmosphere. Escape the hustle and bustle and choose our apartment for a peaceful retreat.

"Metochi" - Secluded Little Shelter

The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Authentic Ikarian stone house - Villa Emilio

A beautifully renovated 100 year old stone house nestled amongst plane, eucalyptus and olive trees with a unique outdoor stone seating area surrounding an ancient olive press. Wake up to beautiful views of the sea and the mountains in this peaceful setting. An ideal place to decompress and get inspired by the sounds, scents and vibes of nature. Our 6000m2 property is full of olive and fruit trees, organic vegetable gardens, and authentic Ikarian herbs, all for your use.

Monopati Eco Stay - Calliope ground floor

The ground floor apartment of a maisonette sleeps 2 persons and has a private bathroom and kitchenette. It can be rented separately, since it has a private entrance and the internal staircase can be closed off. It can also be rented in combination with the upper floor apartment of the maisonette, which sleeps 4 additional persons, and consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. If you're interested in the entire maisonette, just ask us for a special offer!

VillaDora

Εξοχική κατοικία με θεα την θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες (ενα διπλό και δυο μονά κρεβάτια) κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία όπου φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά. Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπάτια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης. Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται από τον δρόμο μέσω μονοπατιού με σκαλοπάτια σε λιγότερο απο 1 λεπτό. Δημόσιο Πάρκινγκ 100m από το σπίτι. Ακατάλληλο για ΑΜΕΑ.

Flat in traditional stonehouse

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο χωριό Γλαρεδο το οποίο απέχει μόλις 2χλ από την πόλη Άγιος Κήρυκος και 1χλ από τα ιαματικά νερά! Ο κήπος με τα τριαντάφυλλα, οι πορτοκαλιές που προσφέρουν σκια στην μεγάλη πέτρινη αυλή και η πολύχρωμη αιώρα στην οποία μπορείς να απολαύσεις λίγες ώρες χαλάρωσης είναι μερικά από τα πράγματα που σε βοηθούν να ξεφύγεις από τα καθημερινά άγχη και να απολαύσεις τα μικρά πράγματα της ζωής.
