The property has on the first floor a double bedroom with two single beds, full bathroom with shower, a storage room, fully fitted American kitchen and luminous lounge with patio doors onto extensive private sun terrace with BBQ and a little private pool. The second floor has two double bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes, the main bedroom has a terrace with sea views,full bathroom with bathtub and the rooftop where there is a fantastic chill out area with sunset points of view .

A a 3Km de Ibiza ciudad, de los mejores clubs (Ushuaïa, ...) y playas (d'en Bossa, Ses Salines). En la zona hay supermercados , buses, bares, ... Muy bien acondicionada con aire acondicionado frío/calor, mosquiteras, placas solares y piscina con jacuzzi. Ideal para familias, ya que es una zona residencial muy tranquila.

The house is divided in three parts and they are very independents connected only from the garden. In the main house there is a a spacious living room, one bed room (king size bed) .The other parts has one room each (queen size bed) and bathrooms.
