I was pleased from the beginning to the end. My fiancee went by before I arrived and Temilade was happy to show us the location and she was very nice about it. Once we arrived she took the time to add cable to the television so that the men could watch football, so I was really impressed. Everytime we needed anything she was very responsive. Something happened with the lights and before we could figure it out, she called and let us know what happened. Overall all I was very pleased, it was quiet and peaceful. I got some well needed rest. This was my first time in Nigeria, but definitely will not be my last.

Address is easy to access via Google map The residential area is quiet, safe and clean Building is gated and spacing for parking Apartment is exactly how it was described Ore and his colleagues were great host. They were nice, caring and respectful I will definitely return when I'm back in the city.

Dr. Olatoye went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. He was incredibly kind and flexible with our check-in, providing clear instructions that made the process stress-free. His coordination with his home managers was top-notch—Micah, in particular, was exceptionally welcoming, ensuring the house was spotless and we were completely comfortable throughout our stay. Mr. Seun was also fantastic, assisting us with checking into the estate and making the experience smoother. Dr. Olatoye’s recommendations for fun activities and places to visit in Ibadan were spot-on; his local knowledge is awe-inspiring! We also took advantage of his car-hiring services, which were well worth the money for convenience and reliability. I highly recommend staying here for a wonderful and hassle-free experience. I had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, making meal prep a breeze. Communication was smooth and prompt with the host, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The neighborhood was quiet and secure, perfect for a relaxing stay. Plus, having 24-hour WiFi and Netflix was a great bonus. Nice place to stay

What a fantastic environment. Mr Uche who is the house rep called me before checking time to enquire about our whereabouts and if we can locate the place. He and the security guy Mohammed pulled out all efforts to make our short stay very enjoyable. This couldn't have happened without the the 100% organisation of the host. 3 Kudos to 3 of you. I will certainly bring my family down there whenever we travel back to Ibadan next time. Thank you guys. God bless.

Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment with 247 Power.

I was there for a brief one-night stay, and to be honest, it was one of the nights I enjoyed in the city. I would have stayed more days hadn’t been it closer to where the event I came for was located. Aside from that, nice and conducive atmosphere. I even got a free car wash before I woke up, that’s luxurious. I would love to use it again when next I’m in that environment.
