I highly recommend this place. Our stay was perfect, the house was according to the description, clean and very cosy. Daniela is an excellent host, communication with her was very good.

Simona's place is right in the heart of Iasi, close to the major attractions of the towns. The apartment is clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The view from the apartment is breathtaking!!! We appreciated all the modern amenities including the AC. The property feels private and peaceful even though it is in a high rise building. Me and my daughter enjoyed the multitude of restaurants, coffee shops, artisan shops along Stefan Cel Mare, and the close proximity of the Palace of Culture Mall. Simona communicates promptly and efficiently. She left us a little gift in the fridge which we greatly appreciated. We would return any time, and hope Simona would host us again!

Really cozy place – made our stay in Iași a real pleasure. The apartment is very clean and has every facility, including a fully functional kitchen. Moreover, it is close to the city square and easy to find. Bogdan is also very responsive and a friendly host, so that's a big bonus. If and when we're in Iași again, I'll be sure to rent this again, without hesitation.

Foarte aproape de centru si Iulius Mall. Curat, spatios, patul confortabil.

Logement impeccable et agréable. Les accès sont encore un peu en chantier, ce qui devrait s'améliorer sous peu.

Perfection from instructions to find both flat and the car parking to when we sadly left the key in the lockbox on departure. The flat is as good as it looks in the pictures, if not better. It was warm, cosy and extremely comfortable. Maria Magdalena was very responsive and a delight to deal with. A brilliant stay.

Locuinta este superba, frumos decorata, cozy si impecabila din punct de vedere al curateniei. Ne-am simtit foarte bine in aceasta casa. Am ajuns destul de tarziu la proprietate si din cauza întunericului a fost un pic mai greu de gasit, dar Constantin ne-a ajutat, chiar daca ora era tarzie si pentru asta suntem foarte recunoscatori. Iti multumim Constantin pentru gazduire si receptivitate 🙏🏻

Am avut plăcerea de a sta la Q Residence între 10 și 15 Septembrie, la etajul 8, și a fost o experiență grozavă! În primul rând, priveliștea de la balcon este spectaculoasă – seara, poți savura un apus superb și o panoramă parțială a orașului. Serios, dacă ți-e dor de Iași sau doar vrei să te relaxezi după o zi plină, balconul e locul ideal! Fiind în orașul meu natal, mi-a fost super ușor să mă deplasez – în 10 minute eram fie la Iulius Mall, fie la Palas Mall, perfect pentru cumpărături rapide sau o cafea. Locația mi-a permis să îmi rezolv și treburile personale fără bătăi de cap. Cazarea în sine a fost confortabilă, curată și bine amenajată, cu toate facilitățile necesare. Până și liftul mergea fără să aibă acele momente de „suspans” pe care le întâlnești uneori în blocuri înalte – punct bonus pentru asta!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Despite our last-minute booking, the host went above and beyond to prepare everything perfectly. The place was spotless, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but the host made it easy by providing everything we needed, including space to wash and dry their clothes after a long journey. The hospitality was outstanding, and the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-prepared stay. Thank you for making our trip so much better.

Logement propre et bien agencé, au calme et à proximité des commerces et services. Le gros plus, c'est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte. Habitant à proximité et d'un caractère serviable, elle est disponible au moindre problème ou si vous avez besoin de renseignements. Un grand merci à elle pour un séjour très agréable.

We stayed 2 nights at Alexandru's place and we had a great time there - it was a very central location and we're near a supermarket at the local mall. It is also near enough to the nearest tram and bus stop, though Iasi is a small city, you can probably walk anywhere for sightseeing. The unit was small, clean and compact; a lot of effort has been put into the renovation to make it really nice and it looks just like in the photos, but really that's all we needed when we are on holiday. The only issue I had was the fact that you're in a building with rather thin walls and it is possible to hear what the people next door or upstairs are doing, for example like when they move their furniture, open or close the doors, flush the toilet etc, you are really dependent on everyone in the building behaving in a considerate manner during the night not to disturb each other - fortunately, I only heard them in the day time and early evenings and not when I was trying to sleep so it wasn't an issue.

Must say we loved our stay with Gabriel and K everything about it was really outstanding. Having stayed in dozens of Aibnbs this one was right up there with our favourites. Beautiful place, great location and everything you need and more. Gabriel and K were lovely hosts and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was a excellent. They went out of there way (literally) to help us whenever they could.

Apartamentul arată ca în poze. Șederea a fost plăcută si Cătălin a răspuns rapid la mesaje. Recomand! 😊

אני לקוח ותיק ב airbnb וישנתי בדי הרבה דירות ברחבי העולם. אין ספק שהדירה של כריסטינה היא בין אחת הטובות ביותר שישנתי בהן. דירה נקיה, מסודרת, מצוידת במעבר למה שצריך. הגישה קלה וטובה וההסבר יעיל ופשוט. ממוקמת במרכז יאשי וקרובה לתחבורה ציבורית ולאתרים מרכזיים. התקשורת עם כריסטינה מעולה והיא זמינה ונכונה לעזור בכל מה שצריך ואף מעבר. תענוג!
