great location, great place. excellent views from the 18th floor

We stayed for a week and it was very nice. Matti gave clear instructions and was helpful with our questions. The location is walkable to any public transport. We had a lovely stay, thank you! 😊

My husband and I are very pleased with this Airbnb, the friendly service, nice decor, perfect location, public transportation to any place is just a step away, it has parking and its own sauna! The building has an elevator so it was easy for us to move around with our baby's stroller.

L’appartement est impeccable et bien décoré. Il est vraiment bien équipé, nous avions tous ce dont nous avions besoin. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Helsinki, dans un quartier paisible un peu en retrait du centre-ville mais joignable à pied. Il y a un K-Market juste en bas de l’immeuble ce qui est super utile. L’arrêt de tramway est également juste devant l’immeuble, ce qui est très pratique. Les instructions fournis par l’hôte était précises et utiles. Je recommande tout à fait cet appartement lors de vos visites à Helsinki.

It was a great stay. Very nice apartment, nice furnishing and very clean. Ideal to stay with 4 people. We visited friends around the corner and the location was ideal. City centre accessible via public transport or walking (40 minutes). We would come back and recommend to stay there.

Jamar’s apartment is wonderful - cozy and stocked with everything you need. He was super responsive, gave clear instructions, and was always ready to help. He offered a garage right next to the apartment for a really reasonable fee. Fair warning, though: the garage is a bit tight (like many in older Helsinki buildings), so you’ll need to be a little careful maneuvering in and out.

Ihastuttava paikka: tilava, kodikas ja rauhallinen. Nautimme kovasti hevosten seuraamisesta ja läsnäolosta. Kommunikointi Hannin kanssa oli sujuvaa ja ystävällistä. Lämpimät suosittelut💛

Lapsille paljon tekemistä, oma leikkitila oli positiivinen yllätys perheen pienimmälle leikki-ikäiselle. Pesutiloihin kulkeminen ulkokautta mahdollisesti ainoa miinus vaikkakin kesäkeleillä se ei meitä haitannut sekä sauna oli hieno ja suihkutiloissakin hyvin pienelle lapselle vesileluja.

Było jak w domu! Nieskazitelnie czysto i przytulnie. Dom piękny i nowy. Właścicielka sympatyczna i miło przywitała nas w naszym języku, a to nas zaskoczyło pozytywnie. Kontakt bardzo dobry. Pozdrawiamy i polecamy!

Kodikas, siisti ja viihtyisä majoituspaikka mukavaan rentoon yhdessä oloon. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen ja selkeät toimintaohjeet, viestintä sujui hyvin. Pisteet keittiön hyvästä varustelusta ja tilavuudesta. Hyvin yksityinen ja oma rauha, poreallas oli rentouttava ja sauna lämpesi hyvin, puukiuas mainio asia. Parkkitilaa oli hyvin, paikan päälle oli helppo löytää ja julkisilla pääsi helposti liikkumaan Puistolaan ja Tikkurilaan.

Vastasi odotuksia, eikä mitään puutteita. Uudenveroinen hieno okt.

A quiet, cozy place with a great view of sunrise and sunset over the Nordic sky. Great amenities in the house and an extremely responsive host.

Kodikas, tilava ja siisti talo hienossa ympäristössä. Sovimme Susannan kanssa myös vieraiden kutsumisesta, ja saimme viettää mukavan saunaillan ystäviemme kanssa. Etenkin avantouintia varten meille avattu avanto teki vaikutuksen. Kiitos!

Kaikki varsin hyvin. Etenkin poreamme pimeässä ja kylmässä illassa oli todella hyvä.

This was an ideal place for us to stay while we adjusted to the time-zone change and explored Helsinki on foot. It is just minutes from the waterfront, which is a great running route and swimming location. The wonderful sauna Loyly is a ten-minute walk and full of interesting people. Now we understand why the Finns love saunas! Melina’s condo is lovely in all respects, well appointed, and in a venerable picture-post-card worthy building. Melina is a responsive and caring host. The kitchen-living room has very high ceilings, giving a feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom is compact and the ceiling in part of the bedroom slopes down, but these are minor inconveniences more than offset by the many positive attributes. We would gladly stay here again.

Great apartment; central location yet quiet inside, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, organized and tidy overall. And Janne is a super friendly host!

My sister and I spent a long weekend in Helsinki and Iiris and Josh's place was perfect. It was spotlessly clean, in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and really close to all the main attractions. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking. Iris gave us some great grocery store recommendations and supplied us with lots of coffee (thank you!). It was a last minute trip and we had no plans and Iris gave us some fantastic recommendations (we would definitely recommend Löyly Sauna, it was one of those memorable experiences). We also found the guide books in the apartment very useful to help us plan. All round we had a wonderful few days and would definitely stay here again.

It was conveniently located close to the subway station. Everything I needed was provided, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. I had an enjoyable trip to Helsinki.
