COVID-COMPLIANT EXTRA SANITIZED AND CLEAN! Spacious studio living space with a cozy and well lit bedroom, a comfortable and large living area and a full private bathroom awaits my guests. The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Located on a private lane only one mile from downtown Lyons, Big Tree Farmstead is a secluded enclave, an historic site and a lavender farm with awesome views surrounded by hundreds of acres of open space. Guests can walk, bike or drive to access dining and shopping in our quaint little town and simply step outside to access some of the best hiking and biking in Boulder County. Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Gardens around my turn-of-the century home offer several locations for outdoor dining and relaxing with WIFI. You are welcome to the greens, tomatoes, squashes and herbs. Walk to parks, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, gallery, music, pool, cidery & breweries. Bike/bus town or to Boulder. Drive 30 miles to Denver or Rocky Mt. National Park. Sleep on Tempur-Pedic mattress set. There's a half flight of stairs to basement apartment. AX3200 router, tri-band 7-stream wifi 6 on a 2.5 GHz port.
