Recently renovated, the cottage features a brand-new bathroom, new laundry units, and all-new furniture. Sleep comfortably on two queen beds with fresh bedding provided. For beach days, we offer two beach chairs and four towels. BBQ grill and patio furniture out back for a night grilling with family and friends

This street has the most restaurants/bars/clubs in north/mid cape! The closest beach to the house is 5 minutes away, and the best beach in the cape Mayflower only 25 minutes away. House does have an accessory dwelling downstairs that someone lives in. They have their own private driveway and entrance.

Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

This is a fully-furnished Apartment (En-Suite) located at 63 Pleasant Street. This apartment features a living room area(with 4k OLED TV), bedroom w/ extra long queen bed, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, etc..), and single bathroom. The unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.
