Bygget i massivtre, med et areal på 27 m2, gir den akkurat plass til det du trenger for en avslappende tur vekk fra hverdagen. Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness, swimming, fishing and cross-country skiing. Enjoy beautiful sunrises, peace and quiet, and a scenic private sauna with breathtaking views. Sightseeing and restaurants in Oslo are nearby. The cottage is modern and fully equipped with top facilities.

Leiligheten har fasiliteter som vannbåren varme, vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap, fryser, komfyr (induksjon), Smart-TV og trådløst WiFi. Sengen i soverom til venstre er 1,5 meter bred og sengen i soverom til høyre er 1,20 m bred. Velkommen til Svelvik, en perle ofte beskrevet som Sørlandets nordligste by.

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Only 50 minutes from Oslo, this spacious house is located in a wonderful, quiet, sunny, seaside location. Most rooms offer panoramic views of the fjord. The house has a modern dark interior, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room that connects with sliding glass doors to a large veranda, facing west and overlooking the sea. Parking in the front yard. Charger for electric car is available for a fee.
