Beautiful Garden Villa, Newly Remodeled!

Spectacular Garden Villa located in Mare Sereno at the great Palmas del Mar. Cozy, comfortable and elegant 2-bed room, 3-bathroom apartment. It has a spacious living, fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a/c, TV, Wi-Fi and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with two trundle beds under it and a bathroom. A studio-like bedroom is within the premises and has a queen size bed with a trundle bed under it, a microwave, a coffee machine, a small fridge and its own bath.

Fantastic 1 bedroom located at Palmas Del Mar Resort. Our condo is located 50 feet from the beach and sits on a two 18 hole golf course community. Our condo has been completely renovated and updated with new kitchen, bath, appliances and furniture. Located in a double gated exclusive community that you will have exclusive access with no through traffic. Palmas Del Mar has many things to offer restaurants, two golf courses, tennis, kids park, bike and walking trails, horse back riding.

Sanitized! Beautiful and comfortable residence with Private Pool, Jacuzzi and Grill. 12min from Palmas del Mar that has beach, bars, night life and sea food restaurant. Minutes from Palma Real Mall, Walmart, restaurants, fast food & much more. 20 min from El Malecon de Naguabo which has many Seafood Restaurants, and beach. 30min to the boat terminal to go to Vieques and Culebra, 40 min from Luquillo Kiosk, 35 min from the Croabas, 45 min to the airport, 50 min to Old San Juan

El Campito - Humacao has Solar Panels backup power

New apartment very comfortable, very clean. **New just added WASHER/DRYER** Located in a private area, dead end street. Paintings inside are from a local artist beautiful drawings. Rural area with benefits of having Walmart, beaches nearby. Solar panel back up no worries about losing power! Free coffee for our guests and filtered Brita pitcher water. TV has Netflix available for guests. Maximum 2 authorized guests allowed. A fee will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
