All New Private Country Setting (2 Level-No Share)

We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

Enter into the comfortable living room, with coastal boho vibes and a large sectional couch. One bedroom has a Queen bed, the other has a full and twin bunk bed and a crib. Enjoy the large kitchen with large dining table, breakfast nook and massive granite island. Enjoy grilling, the outdoor shower, or hang in the courtyard to relax with family and friends.

The Day-Burrill-Wadsworth-La Voix House is located in Winthrop, MA in the North Shore of Boston. Super close to Logan Airport for your traveling needs. A Level 2 EV Charger is available! This renovated 3 Bedroom penthouse apartment features a private roof deck, off-street parking, sunroom, and free in-unit laundry! A safe, spacious, and serene space. A historic building, it was one of the first handful of homes in Winthrop... built in 1860 (but since converted to two apartments and renovated).

Ideal for vacationers, visitors, and families, the house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a nice and well equip kitchen with quality Samsung appliances, and a small BBQ deck overlooking a private backyard with a picnic table and stone patio. The house is literally 175 Yards from the beach :-)

Marblehead Tiny House

This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.
