Guests enjoy a spacious craftsman-style suite complete with full private bath (double shower+ tub!), mini-kitchenette, sofa, 24 hour self check-in via combo lock, wrap around porch and private entrance. Conveniently located 3 miles from downtown Athens and all of the wonderful night spots and restaurants, the Classic City Convention Center activities, and all the goings on at the University of Georgia. 1 mile to the nearest grocery store. Not suitable for smoking, pets, and children under 13.

Cozy studio apartment, <1 mile to Downtown

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

The newly renovated room has a private entrance, a full bathroom, and handcrafted mosaics. The charming art-filled room contains a comfortable queen-sized bed and a wide range of convenient amenities. Outside is an ever-changing garden. The room is connected to the creative historic home and art garden of a local artist. A classic Athens, GA experience!

Newly renovated guesthouse!

Relax at the MartInn, a newly renovated guesthouse only 20 minutes from downtown Athens, Ga. This one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

Oconee County is the "ArtLand of Georgia." We are centrally located for OCAF events, arts and crafts, and antiques, a bicycler's paradise. 10 minute drive to Athens/UGA, 40 minutes to Lake Oconee.

This is a residence and the family lives upstairs. You have full access to the apartment with your own entrance.

Perfect for a couple’s getaway, it features a king-size loft bed and peaceful river views. Bring your beach towels and enjoy the chairs provided for relaxing on the sandbars and rocks in the river. In the pasture behind the cabin, our friendly goats love attention and are always happy to greet guests.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable treehouse escape. Perched high among the treetops, enjoy views of wildlife and a flowing rocky creek. This woodland oasis offers the private feeling of being secluded in the woods, but is located within a quiet neighborhood, 3 minutes from restaurants, groceries and 9 minutes to downtown Athens and UGA.
