We put a lot of love into this place. We recently renovated with modern touches, a complete gourmet kitchen modern. It has everything you could need to cook your meals. Our new fireplace able to change fire colors it gives a warm and romantic feeling. Our decorations are also very modern and carefully selected. The bathroom is new very modern and spacious. We added a smart T.V. to each room. A complete back yard and barbecue or just relax. Also many benches all around the perimeter of outside.

One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

Welcome! This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. We’re a block from Motel 6, a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and other hotels. We’re just a few blocks from Oak Valley Community Hospital. (Great for visiting nurses). We’re 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Bay Area. All furniture and furnishings are new with comfy pillow top mattresses. While most hotels only wash linens between guests, we launder all linens and comforters and completely sanitize after each stay.

Damon's Hideaway

Named after our first grandson, Damon's Hideaway is brand new construction (2023) that's designed to be unique and with a style all its own. We are former antique dealers and have tried to incorporate that interest in the whimsical decor. Whether desiring to kick back and relax or prepare a meal for a group, or both, this living space can easily accommodate. Enjoy the peaceful PET FRIENDLY back patio. Enjoy a gas fire pit or bbq some dinner on the grill. Keep it simple at this peaceful centrally-located in Historic Downtown Modesto. This new build 1 bedroom with all new construction and appliances is walking Distance to Gallo Center for the Arts, Mchenry Mansion the Museum , Brendan Movie Theater, The State Theatre and you can enjoy all the night life on the weekends. The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.

This Casita offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room (washer & dryer), queen size bed & 1 full bathroom. AC & Heather (via mini split system) Driveway fits two cars. Overall, a beautiful little house with lots of renovations. Self check-in with electronic keypad door lock. No smoking, no parties.
