The property sits on 203 mountainside acres with 100+ buildings and old animal shelters, 3.5 miles of paved pathways and remnants of the abandoned zoo still in tact. Glamp Richard on Pretty Hobby Farm

At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has a king-size water bed, sofa and private deck. Each tent has a kitchenette in the Lodge. There is a lovely Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights in the summer) and our wood hot tub ($25 for a private experience). 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Nightly bonfires, star gazing, a nearby lake and rafting in the Hudson River below.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

Wake up amidst the birds, frogs, chickens, ducks, donkey and horses, have breakfast with sustainable products from our farm and enjoy the day around the farm learning about sheep, goats, cattle & bees, on hiking trails in the woods, exploring the wetlands or enjoying the quite around the tent.

Fern Forest Campsite

This is a large tent, elevated four feet on a wooden platform. The property abuts the preserve forest under Mohonk Mountain, nestled against Coxing Kill Creek. This space offers near-complete privacy on the edge of the property, isolated from the bustle of farm life. Electricity is provided, but there is no Wi-Fi or running water.
