Our beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nashua's vibrant downtown is only 15 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop nearby. Balcony overlooks the fully fenced backyard with grape vines and fruit trees. Featuring a plush queen bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer combo, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Our studio apartment features a thoughtfully designed open-concept layout. Original post & beams add a rustic touch, perfectly complementing the contemporary decor and modern amenities. Guests can relax in the living space with a game or movie. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals. The studio uses a pump system for plumbing, which does make some noise but functions very well. The charming outdoor patio faces a historic barn built in the 1800s, providing a picturesque view.

Come and relax in our spacious one-bedroom basement guest suite that is comfortable and bright. It has a private entrance with off street parking. The suite has a large living area, bedroom with king bed and private bath . The location is an ideal 20 minutes from the Manchester/Boston Regional airport and 10 minutes from the Merrimack Premium Outlets as well as a wide variety of restaurants. Boston, skiing, the beach and the #1 most hiked mountain in the world are all about an hour away.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer downstairs mean less packing. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

Farmhouse Guest Apartment

Welcome to our quiet private guest apartment! Our property, is surrounded by fields, woods, gardens, and a pond. You will enter through a shared entrance & stairway in our home, but have an entire 725 sq. ft. guest apartment all to yourself that includes a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and large bedroom with a desk. It has ample light with views of fields, stone walls, Christmas trees and our barn. Out back we have a pool, BBQ, table & chairs you may use.

Two family Victorian in very quiet neighborhood. Just off of Main St, walking distance to grocery store, fast food, drug stores and sit down restaurants. 1/2 mile to Rivier University. Parking for 3 cars. Private entrance. Can engage with owners (next door) or not, your choice. Complimentary Wifi . Home was built in the 1930's, beautiful woodwork and hard wood floors, yet updated with modern amenities. There is a $10/guest per night fee for each guest over 4.

Althea’s Retreat

Located on the lower level of our home, you will find a spacious suite complete w/living room w/pullout couch, kitchenette w/lots of seating, mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher,2 TV’s,full bath, and a private bedroom with a full bed. Sliders access the private backyard overlooking the lake (fishing galore). We also have a pool table for your enjoyment. located near Nashua, NH home of “The Nash” casino, & Lowell, MA near UMass Lowell. 40 mins to Boston.

What once was a small summer lake house has been transformed into a newly remodeled retreat. Charming and private with amenities like a woodstove and laundry, this cozy retreat is only blocks from a lake and minutes from downtown Groton. This is a two family home, but you have your own entrance, parking spaces, and back deck located between the two homes.
