Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

Natalia‘s place was so great for our huge family even though it is a house divided into it is very roomy. The basement is big enough for the whole family and overall it’s just a great place you feel right at home. Highly recommend everything is walkable

“Fantastic” apartment in “beautiful” townhouse

We found the apartment to be just as described. It's in a great location and it's large enough for us as a couple to have felt right at home. Hoboken as a whole is a terrific location to come back to after visiting the hustle and bustle of NYC. Lots of dining options and great areas to walk along on the waterfront for a bit of exercise. Jim and Bev are a lovely couple and made us feel very welcome.

It was right out of a dream, Washington street is one street down and it was filled with beautiful lights and delicious restaurants, the hosts were extremely eager to help with recommendations and when i couldn’t figure out how the oven worked (I thought it was broken) Aj sent someone over within 15 minutes to “fix” it and saved our supper! If ever we were to go back to manhattan we would stay here again without a doubt. Also 42nd street (times square) was only a 15 minute bus ride away

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, tout était très bien. Les hôtes sont adorables et arrangeants. le logement est propre avec tous les produits de salle de bain disponibles ce qui est très appréciable. Pour un prochain séjour à NY, nous reviendrons ici.

The View - Cozy New York City Skyline

The place with amenities is all brand new with a fantastic view over the Manhattan skyline! The interior design is also very nice! You have everything you would need for your stay - wifi, fresh towels and bedsheets, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer (incl detergent), coffee, tea, washing machine (incl detergent), hair dryer, bath tub... In the building you have also very nice areas for co-working, lounge area with pool table & soccer game, small gym with cardio equipment and a yoga room with some basic weight and resistance training equipment. We were a family of 5 staying there for 6 nights and we were all very happy with the stay. We took the path train from Journal square to Manhattan daily for NY sightseeing. Perfect!

Entire One Bedroom Home on a Cobble Stone Street

Das Quartier in Hoboken von Erin und Marc war für uns perfekt. So hatten wir einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in NYC; die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir benötigten, das Bett sehr bequem, das Sofa ausklappbar und auch gut. Im Bad fanden wir neben Handtüchern auch Shampoon und eine Föhn. Die AC Heizung/Kühlung funktionierte top, die kleine Heizung im Bad auch. Die Kommunikation lief über Mail problemlos und schnell; die Schlüsselbox ermöglichte uns große Flexibilität. Das Haus in einer historischen Straße liegt in einer sicheren und ruhigen Umgebung; in wenigen Schritten findet man Restaurants und Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. In 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den PATH Zug in Hoboken von wo aus man zur 33th Strasse oder zum WTC fahren kann. Auch die Fähre vom WTC nach Hoboken kann man nehmen; der Bus 126 ist auch eine Alternative. Hoboken hat eine wunderbare Promenade mit Blick auf ganz Manhattan.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten wurde schnell und lösungsorientiert gehandelt. Fußläufig 5min bis zur Path-Station, sodass man in 20min in das Zentrum von New York gelangt. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Richard's apartment was in a good location, easily accessible to Manhattan with a short walk to local transport, shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. We particularly liked the extra attention to detail that Richard included such as cold drinks, coffee pods, soap and extra towels so that we really didn't have to buy anything ourselves. Our host was extremely attentive and responded to questions immediately and also provided us with useful recommendations for shops and restaurants which we used. The apartment provided us with the perfect stay for our family holiday in New York.

Modern Loft 15 Min from NYC with City View & Pool

I really want to take the time to explain just how great this place was. The place is spacious and the photos are 100% spot on. It was immacculately clean and the best AirBnB experience we have had. Beds were comfortable. We have trevalled from Australia as a family with three teenage boys. We really used every facility. The shuttle to the station for daily trips to Manhattan. The boys used the gym daily as well as the sauna, basketball court, golf simulator etc. Incredible views of NYC from the rooftop. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with local restaurants recommendations and directions. The building tenants were friendly and made the Aussies feel very welcome. We did home cooked meals many nights as well as great local restaurants. The kitchen has all you need to feed a family. Zo and Paige were responsive to any questions and allowed us to check out late on the last of our 9 days. It felt like leaving home. I couldn't recommend this place more. It was excellent.

Overall great place to stay. Although tough to find parking on weekends; recommend not driving to location and using public if possible… if you are driving plan for parking as early as possible to avoid possible issues.

Heerlijk huis, rustige buurt. Alles voldeed aan de beschrijving, alles was schoon. Alleen jammer dat de bbq buiten niet bruikbaar was maar verder niets op aan te merken. Heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Beautiful place. Peaceful location. My family and I enjoyed the place. Comfortable beds. I would highly recommended! I thank the hosts for being helpful with clear instructions. They are doing renovations but it’s super super beautiful!!!!

I had a great time staying there, first of all Angela and Tati are both very helpful from the start, they told us that check-in can be done at 3, but since we reached earlier, they allowed us to check-in earlier so we didn't have to wait. The place was very neat and aesthetic, everything you need is basically there. Whenever we needed something, Angela and Tati are always ready to help. The neighborhood where we stayed was very nice, peaceful, and quiet, a very ideal place to live in especially when you got a family. Supermarket is everywhere, restaurants are near, bus stop to get to new york is also accessible. Will definitely stay here again if we ever visit New Jersey 👌👌
