Välkommen till landet mitt i södra Stockholm. Högt uppe bland trädtopparna finner ni denna fullt utrustade stuga att spendera din visit i. Stugan ligger högst uppe på ett berg med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Du får gratismotion i den rejäla trappen som leder upp till stugan. Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. Bäst lämpat för vuxna gäster maa tomtens topografi.

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Stuga vid havet, nära både Stockholm och Vaxholm.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Naturnära stuga – endast 100 meter till sjön!

Mysig liten stuga i enklare standard med sjöutsikt – endast ca 100 meter till småbåtsbrygga med badmöjlighet i sjön ’Orlången’. Stugan har två uteplatser och fri parkeringsplats för två bilar. Cirka 22 minuter med bil från centrala Stockholm finner du Vidja som erbjuder ett svårslaget lugn med fågelkvitter, badsjöar och naturreservat runt knuten. OBS! Ombyggnationer av vägar pågår i hela närområdet. Byggtrafik kan förekomma under dagtid måndag–fredag (07.00-16.00)

Efter ett av alla möjliga äventyr i naturreservatet, en paddel-, fiske- eller skridskotur på sjön, eller en sväng in till city kan du komma hem till detta mysiga lilla hus och njuta av sjöutsikten och lugnet. Kanske låter du stressen rinna av i bastun eller hängmattan följt av ett dopp eller en skön utedusch. Här är du nära naturen och stan på samma gång. Det finns även ytterligare ett boende att hyra på fastigheten om ni är fler än fyra. Varmt välkomna!

Year-round accommodation, 40m2 built in 2016 with all the amenities you need. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and more. Two bedrooms and a large combined kitchen / living room. Dining table for four. Balcony with sunroof, dining area and sofa group. With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although four is optimal. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+, AppleTV+ and Formula1.

Mysig stuga på sjötomt

Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.
