This home is perfect for small groups or families, offering clean, comfortable living spaces and excellent amenities. Coffee and breakfast spot just around the corner, 24h 7/11 less than 10 minutes walk. The house was spotless at check-in, featuring fast internet. The beds were comfortable, and an aircon in every room was a lifesaver. The outdoor space truly stood out, with lush front and back lawns and a charming garden. A mango tree shades a bench overlooking the water—a peaceful spot to watch locals pass by on boats. Por, the host, was exceptional! He invited me for a cycling trip, where we saw monkeys, lizards, and even saw some locals racing their boats. The city is 30-45 minutes away by car (longer during peak hours). Scooters and bicycles are great alternatives to beat traffic. Fu Mala, the restaurant next door, serves great food with craft and bottled beers and the staff there are legends. Highly recommend this unique stay for anyone seeking comfort, nature, and local culture!

Overall, good stay. Issues with checking in. Instructions said to go to security, but when I did they said Airbnb isn’t allowed there and turned me away. I showed up at 2pm and didn’t get settled in until 6pm as host wasn’t to be found and then cleaning lady had to clean until 6. We pretty much missed the entire first day of arrival because of it. We also consider moving to the area and saw the host is a real estate agent and asked her how much a place like this would go for if we wanted to rent & she quoted us $1,050/mo USD. We walked down the road and saw a real estate agency with an identical apartment at the location listed for $600/mo. So that was a bit off putting knowing we were told American price and not local price. When looking at the listing, the location showed it was on the beach next to walking street. That wasn’t the case. Although it was still a fair location, it was about a 15 min walk to the beach/walking street. Other than those few things, it was a good stay

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a cleaning service provided every couple of days, which kept everything in top condition. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One thing to note is that they do charge an additional fee for electricity usage average $20 a day, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and tranquil stay.

Besides 7-11, and 10 mins to BTS Bearing station on foot. I can only say it is a excellent house, and will come again.
