Ovaj moderni smještaj savršen je odabir za one koji vole blizinu mora, šuma, šetnica, predivne prirode, ali i raznih urbanih zabavnih sadržaja i događanja, a istovremeno biti smješten u intimi dvorišta u apartmanu privatne kuće. U blizini predivnih plaža (Jadranovo, Selce, Crikvenica, Dramalj, Kostrena) na svega 7-12 minuta vožnje. Za doći do plaža koje ostavljaju bez daha (Oprna, Zala, Baška, Mošćenička draga) treba oko 45 minuta vožnje. Zbog pozicije interesantan je lovcima i ribolovcima.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Nahaja se v območju Nature 2000, katero se stika z Regijskim parkom Snežnik. Predstavlja odlično izhodišče za raziskovanje bližnje okolice ( Snežnik, Pivška planota,...) kot tudi širše ( Kvarner, Brkini,...) kamor se lahko odpeljete z našimi e-kolesi, katera so vključena v ceno namestitve (dve nočitvi en dan brezplačna uporaba koles).
