Charming, cozy farmhouse located in city limits. All the charm without the actual farm. This home is a two bedroom, two bath with hide-abed in living room. The whole family will love this classic College Hill home! Adults can sit and relax on the covered front porch while keeping an eye on the kids playing at the park only yards away! All living spaces have been recently renovated and are on one floor with no need to climb stairs (after the front porch)! The home is centrally located and only minutes away from Washburn University, Hummer Sports Park, Stormont Vail Events Center and pretty much anything else you might be in town for!

Entire abode to yourself! Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath. Off street, covered parking. Roku is available on the TV, for you to log in to your preferred choice of viewing pleasure. Close to VA Med Center & Washburn Univ. Minutes from State Capitol & Downtown. Centrally located from downtown and west side ( where all the chain stores and restaurants are located). NO parties are to be hosted in our house. NO smoking of any kind inside the house.
