Simple yet stylish & comfy. This is a clean 1 bedroom apartment located on the NW side of Kokomo. We are less than a 10 minute drive to the Stellantis plant. You will have access to the 24hr fitness center and your own private balcony. Your space is located on the 2nd floor which you can access by stairs or the elevator. The Garden Cottage at The English Rose is a beautiful, clean, spacious, light and airy 750 sqft , 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. This renovated carriage house is adjacent to our 1903 Queen Anne Victorian and is a registered historical landmark of Kokomo, Indiana. The garden cottage gets it’s name by being surrounded by beautiful lush perennial gardens. Only registered guests allowed. Small, well trained, apartment dogs under 12lbs allowed.

Experience tiny house living in a beautiful wooded location. Space includes a comfy queen size bed, fold down desk, small kitchenette, plus a sitting area for relaxing and enjoying dinner. Also has a beautiful outdoor seating area with grilling area and bird watching at the pond. Minimal kitchen/cooking area but a full size shower and dry flush toilet (waterless, but not smelly).

Built in 1957, this ranch-style charmer is tucked into a tree-lined neighborhood on the northwest side of Kokomo. With a one-car detached garage, a lovely open layout, and a fantastic front porch, you'll feel right at home here. There's space for up to five or six people spread across three bedrooms, plus the lightning-fast wifi makes it easy to get some work or schooling done.
