Beautiful bungalow with 1800m2 for peace seekers

This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

It's the whole top floor of our characteristic, monumental house dating from 1475 and it has a great view over the canal from the living room. You can use the peaceful terrace next to the canal for your breakfast or drinks. You will love this special medieval place, so typical of Utrecht! It is the perfect home away from home.

Welcome to this spacious (120m2) and sunny apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house is very easily accessible. Parking is free and there are EV charging stations nearby. The train station and bus stops are a one-minute walk away, and you can reach the center of Utrecht in just 5 minutes, where you can enjoy the old town, beautiful canals and museums. You can be in Amsterdam in 35 mins. Schiphol Airport is only 45 mins. Takeaways and grocery stores can be found nearby.

Basic guesthouse with comfortable beds. Sleeps 4 with private bathroom. On the grounds of our farmhouse. Situated in a rural area, but close to the city of Utrecht. Perfect location for bicycle lovers. Two bicycles can be used for free. More upon request. Stay green: This is a solar powered guesthouse. Although in a quiet rural street very close to the city of Utrecht. It will take you 15 minutes to bike right into the center of town, or 18 minutes by bus (and a walk to the bus stop).
