Situated at Coldingham Sands, one of the UK's best and most stunning surf beaches, The Gegan provides luxury accommodation right by the beach. The three bedroom, two bathroom detached house offers true luxury beach accommodation for up to 6 people. Wake up to watch the sun rise over the north sea or cosy up in the comfortable lounge with views out to sea. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with two luxury bathrooms and a brand new kitchen filled with everything you might need from a coffee machine to a smoothie maker. Three bedrooms give way to 2 luxurious large kingsize bedrooms with sea views and a smaller twinroom to the back of the property with two full size single beds. Farm Cottage Annex with Stunning Sea Views

Our 1 bedroom Pet Friendly Cottage Annex on the family farm, overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is within minutes of the beautiful coastline and yet just 50 minutes drive south of Edinburgh city. With ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available but locally, we have great food, world class diving and golf, challenging cycle ways, cliff top walks and tons of fresh sea air. See you soon.

The Pink House, Eyemouth/Spectacular Ocean Views

A unique 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom detached house that is located literally on the beach at the beautiful harbour town of Eyemouth. Built in 1886, the house has just been tastefully renovated with all of the old features kept intact. Wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves rolling onto the beach! Each room has a stunning ocean view, overlooking the beach and the cliffs of Eyemouth. The Pink House is an hour from Edinburgh by car or 10 minutes to Berwick where the train takes an hour.

This is an ideal location to explore East Berwickshire, with Coldingham Bay and St. Abbs Head National Nature Reserve nearby. Edinburgh is one hour away, famous for its Castle and festivals.

The little lodge is set in a wildflower paddock nestled beneath a native woodland copse. French windows open out onto a decking area with wonderful views over the undulating countryside. Inside are all the comforts you will need while keeping the feeling of being a part of the wildlife which you will see around you. Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.
