Self contained annexe comprises of a double bedroom with clothes hanging space. Tea & coffee making facilities, a small fridge and breakfast basket. NOTE No Cooking Facilities. Modern shower room. Views over Totternhoe Knolls, walkable to the Downs and Gliding club. Whipsnade Zoo, Bletchley Park, Luton Airport and stations to London are a short drive away.

This is a perfect place for those who love to get away from busy life and those who enjoy a walk in the woods and fields - but with a village close by for essentials. Beautiful garden to relax in. We have a spectacular rhododendrons display in April-May. To enjoy. Strictly NO gatherings or parties allowed.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Separate Annexe in Eaton Bray

Eaton Bray is close to Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable. With easy access to Milton Keynes, Luton Airport, and London, our annexe offers a stay in the country! Suitable for couples, solo and business travellers. We're in a quiet village - but there are ducks, geese and horses as neighbours! - with good road links (A5 /M1) and trains from Berkhamsted or Tring. Eaton Bray has a pub, a convenience store and a fish and chip / Chinese shop. There is an Indian restaurant and takeaway close by too.

The apartment is in the pretty village of Lt Gaddesden, surrounded by the National Trust Ashridge Estate, 12 minutes from Berkhamsted station to London, set in 10 acres of gardens, stunning walks from your doorstep into 5,000 acres of woods, meadows & Chiltern hills, peaceful/lovely views. Visitor full access to garden/outside eating spaces. Full fibre b/band. Own entrance. EV charger. Plenty of parking. Set in a peaceful rural setting with beautiful views of Dunstable Downs, yet within easy reach of London (40 mins), Luton Airport (25mins), Milton Keynes (35mins) Whipsnade Safari Park (5 mins) and Harry Potter World 35 mins. There are countryside walks from our gate and we are in a secure gated, quiet location. The local pub is a 10 minute walk away by public footpath. There are local mini supermarkets 2 mins drive and Dunstable shops (10mins drive). (Well behaved dogs by arrangement.)

The Ridgeway Lodge close to Ivinghoe Beacon

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

In the beautiful village of Pirton, Hertfordshire, but with easy access to rail and air routes, and overlooking beautiful countryside, this 16th century barn offers blissful peace and quiet. Bike storage available, off-street parking for one car. On the Chiltern bike route. Outside patio area and all mod cons. A comfortable place to take a break or commute to work. 15 minutes to the historic market town of Hitchin offering rail links to Kings Cross, London, 25 minutes from Luton Airport.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

Nestled in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, Applewood Cottage offers the perfect retreat for those looking to explore the surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty. The house and it's surrounding areas are well situated for visiting cyclists, walkers and families who want a rural escape.
