Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and immediate access to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making Autumn and winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court.

Close to picturesque village of Newdigate in the Surrey Hills area of outstanding natural beauty. Near market towns of Dorking, Reigate and Horsham, Gatwick Airport, M25 and M23 (15 mins); a leisurely 45 minute drive to Brighton. Wonderful countryside, Box Hill, Leith Hill and National Trust properties within 15 minutes drive.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

A scenic, glamping pod, situated within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located on the edge of a beautiful pond and equipped with a wood fired hot tub (no jets/bubbles),wood fired pizza oven, central heating, kitchen (with Gas Oven & Hob) & bespoke outside wooden decking. The pod has WiFi from Three 4G (somewhat unreliable though from the woods & valley) and integrated bluetooth speakers. * The electric is powered by Solar - NO HAIR DRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, FANS ETC *

Cosy bespoke cabin set on the edge of ancient woodland. Nicely secluded without being off the beaten track. The ideal getaway for a romantic break, some country magic - nights by the fire and woodland walks. Snuggle up with a blanket around the fire pit, or relax inside by the wood-burner with a good book. WiFi is also available. The area is fully fenced around the Bothy for your dog’s safety should you wish to bring your four legged friend.

The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
