Beautiful Recently Converted Rural Barn in Sussex

Spacious, well appointed barn built to extremely high specification with own patio and garden overlooking another established garden and fields. Designer kitchen and breakfast bar with through lounge/dining space, under floor heating and wood burning stove make this very cosy with all needs catered for. Two large en suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Ideal for walkers and cyclists as we abut the Downs Link bridleway/cycle track. Unsuitable for children under 10.

Beautiful Georgian cottage in the village center

Built in the early 19th century, Church Mouse Cottage has all the charm and character you would expect from a Georgian property. The cottage is beautiful, warm and comfortable making it the perfect bolt hole. A lot of thought has gone into ensuring that this is not just a place to stay but a place to enjoy being. Its location is an ideal blend of being tucked away in complete tranquility whilst still being just a 5 minute stroll from the thriving high street with its many shops, pubs and cafes.

Mill Cottage

My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the countryside. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. Our dog-friendly, Grade-2 listed cottage welcomes families. It has off-street parking with an EV charging point. The large, pretty garden has a BBQ and games. It’s just 400m to Storrington’s shops, pubs and restaurants but you’ll only hear church bells and birdsong. The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.
