We really enjoyed our second visit to Fairwood Cottage. It was very comfortable and in a great walking neighborhood. We had awesome walks with our dog. The house is a great place to stay while visiting the Fayetteville area. On our next trip to Fayetteville, we hope to come back.

James is a fantastic host and everything was as pictured. Located in a quiet, family neighborhood, close to who we were visiting. We have already booked our next stay. Thank you, James!

My daughters came from New Jersey and they said the place was great. They’re looking forward to the next time they visit. They have stayed in other Airbnb and this place was excellent. The only problem was low water pressure in the showers however they got the job done. No complaints Thank you Ms Georgia

Diane’s historic Huske house is located on a quiet street with other historic beautiful homes. The area is very walkable and just blocks from a vibrant downtown with many restaurants and shops. The house itself was amazing. The kitchen was great and we had every appliance and cooking tool available to us for our holiday dinners. The parking was plentiful at the house and also had two screened in porches, deck, BBQ and a garden. I’d love to see it in the summer!

I booked Angela’s pool house during the Spartan Trifecta weekend. The house was 9 minutes from the race location, which was perfect! The house was not only convenient, but comfortable! The hot tub was well needed and deserved after having completed 3 races! Check-in was smooth, the home was clean, and the neighborhood was peaceful. Majority of the answers to my questions were already in the book of rules on the kitchen counter, and if I needed anything further, Angela was quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, not one complaint can be made!

Perfect! Privacy fenced back yard. I felt very safe staying by myself. The location was perfect for my class at FTCC Fire training facilities. Walmart grocery was just around the corner. Thelma supplied all the things I would need as if I was at home. The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was just me and my dog so we only used the smaller bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. Thelma was super fast to reply to all my messages. Highly recommend staying here. I will definitely book again if I am ever in the area.

I liked the passcode door lock, no key to deal with. The coffee maker did a pot or pods so that was great. The tiny toothpaste made me feel like a giant. I didn't use it cause l brought my own but it was nice it was there. I would definitely stay here again if l am in the area.

It was a nice place to stay and close to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice to walk around and the neighbors were also friendly. The hosts ensured I had everything I needed and responded quickly when I messaged them. Overall great price for the days I visited Fayetteville.

Rosa was extremely kind and understanding! This was booked last minute as a trip to see my grandfather who was placed on hospice and she still acted as if we booked months in advance. She was extremely thoughtful and just a joy overall. If we come back we will for sure try to book Rosa’s place again.

Great place to stay and great, responsive host. It felt like she thought of everything! I loved the notebook of info she made for the home (it had WiFi password, food suggestions, how to get in touch, etc.). I was staying far from home so the extra kcups, sugar, and laundry detergent were very helpful! She even had spare batteries, a flashlight, and a first aid kit in the kitchen. 10/10 would stay again!

This was such a tranquil place to stay for our weekend in North Carolina. The space was beautiful and clean - and the bed was so comfortable! We loved the cute coffee station and would take our coffees to the dock bench to enjoy the lake. The patio was also a relaxing spot to sit on the swing and take in the view or watch the birds and squirrels at the feeder out front - they were so entertaining! Alese and Leann were responsive and so friendly - we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to see family in NC!

I’m so glad we found this spot for our stay! We needed a place we could comfortably stay for a while with a toddler and this checked all our boxes. Host was extremely responsive and kind. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very convenient to nearby amenities. We’re very thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

Usually when I visit Fayetteville I book a hotel; however this time I needed more than one room and it was more feasible to get a Air bnb . This place was easy to access, clean and comfortable.

Loved this place ! I’m a freshman at Fayetteville State but I live in DC (I do my classes online). I’m also in another school in DC as well. The school here went on spring break so I decided to visit FSU. I really appreciated the student discount. It looks way better than the photos, very spacious, it even had me considering getting an apartment in the area for next semester. Judy was always very nice with communication and I had no issues finding the place. I wish I could’ve stayed longer than a week but I honestly loved it so much and I can’t wait to come back !
