Clean and good storage for a small space. Good location

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some time with friends! The accommodations were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville. The condo is cozy and conveniently located in a quiet complex with easy access to the Rec. Center and the Town Square, where we enjoyed New Year's fireworks. Elizabeth sent us a lot of info ahead of time and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Bryan and Monica are excellent hosts and myself and those who stayed had an awesome experience over the course of the 6 weeks we spent at their location. We would highly recommend staying at their properties and plan on spending more time in the area again soon.

Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. Me and my party enjoyed every minute of our stay at Tom’s cabin! The cabin itself was spacious, cozy, and clean. The surroundings were also beautiful, right next to a nice neighborhood and lake. Thomas was a fantastic host and was extremely friendly and helpful. He was always there to answer questions and help out when needed. Overall, amazing trip and I would 100% go back!

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

I booked the house as a place for my family of 6 (4 adult children) and our black lab, to come together for Easter weekend. Since my boys live in Portsmouth we only needed 2 bedrooms and this house made the perfect getaway and place to host dinners. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the enormous fenced in yard all weekend. The host had many yard games which we played and our lab was so happy too. The fire pit was an added bonus for a night of s’more making. We truly had a wonderful time and the house really felt like home. Ps the stairs are fine once you get used to them. Rebecca was responsive and a wonderful host.

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

This is our 3rd stay at one of their Airbnb’s and they are always so accommodating. Places are always clean and well stocked. Communication is great! Will Be staying again on our next visit!

This was a great place for my group! Kitchen had everything we needed, nice TV and fun chatting and games in the beautiful living room. Such a nice little getaway retreat in the woods. Hopefully we’ll be able to come back soon!!

We had a lovely stay at Lily’s place! Well equipped and easy access to Dartmouth for a college visit. We would stay there again!

We had awonderful stay. It’s so nice to have the amenities at the community center. The house had all of the essentials we needed and then some. Very clean and a great layout of the floor plan. The house is located in a great location. It was an easy quick trip to the ice castles and also to the local ski mountains. Would love to come back and stay.

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

We had a very relaxing stay. Plenty of space to stretch out. Located within 10-15 min. of Keene State activities, the purpose of our trip. Bryan was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Instructions were clear, directions very helpful. Everything we needed!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 5 adults and one dog. We walked in and immediately felt at home. This was one of the most well appointed places I have ever rented...it had everything we needed and more . The kitchen and the living space was quite comfortable. The beds were wonderful. There is a trail to the river right across the street which we used several times. I can't think of a negative thing to say.

Donna is fantastic and if your looking for a charming New England spot this is it! We Are very satisfied with this home.

My family has been staying at Steve's place for the past few years and each time it's been a wonderful experience. We love how spacious and comfortable it is. The location is great it's close to skiing and restaurants are within walking distance. Highly recommend next time you plan to visit Waterville Valley.
