The Birch Suite: Large, Cozy NH Themed Apartment

Our home and attached apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in southern NH, just minutes from major N/S highway Route 93. We are thrilled to offer our New Hampshire-themed apartment to individuals, couples and families. Each room is decorated to represent the most interesting aspects of our state: the purple lilac bathroom, the maple bedroom, the white birch living room and a large second bedroom/playroom we call "the state room" - a fun, educational room of all things New Hampshire.

Sunny 2nd floor apartment set up in the trees in downtown Concord. A half mile walk or drive to historic main street shops and food. Private off street parking Centrally located right off of interstate 93 & 89. Plenty of seasonal activities nearby: Mountain biking, Skiing/Snowboarding/Snow Shoeing, Loudon Raceway, Apple Picking, Leaf Peeping, Lakes, Rivers, Ponds, Hiking The Space: Private open concept apartment with full kitchen, 1 bedroom with attached full bathroom. My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.
