It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. Bright and cozy garden cottage

Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

This DOWNSTAIRS studio suite is 250 square feet with its own outside entrance, ¾ private bath, 2 twin beds with a window, and a sitting area. The UTA bus stop is 1/2 mile away on 11th Avenue. Great place for business travelers, couples, students and single adventurers.

FYI: Our basement has low ceilings, if you’re taller than ~6’2” you may have to duck occasionally. We also have two cats on the premises.
