The not-so-tiny Mermaid house (12x 24') is modest but comfortable and you will enjoy nearby walks on the beach. *Your rate does not include a 7.85% sales tax required by the Borough and submitted quarterly.

There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, where the main living area is located, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. Not included in your rate is a 7.85% sales tax that is required by our Borough and submitted quarterly.
