This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment overlooks Belfast Harbour Marina - Titanic Quarter. The property is only a short walk to the Titanic museum and the SSE arena and is within easy walking distance to the city centre and Titanic quarter. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with access using a lift or stairway and comes with secure private parking for one car provided free of charge. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed and is beside the main bathroom while Bedroom 2 has a large Double bed with en suite

The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre.  The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed.  It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults.  The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs.  Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

First floor loft located in the grounds of a private house with lovely views from the balcony over the golf course. NI Tourist Board Approved. Well equipped open plan with lounge area, fitted kitchen area, dining area, bedroom area, shower room and dressing room. Doors leading out to small first floor balcony. Equipped with WiFi, tv-freeview and Netflix, Towels, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. A welcome pack includes tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter and some treats. Secure off road parking.
