It's surrounded by open countryside, offering scenic walks and is close to the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Lincolnshire coast, with its deserted sandy beaches and traditional seaside resorts is just a short drive away.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Built around 1847 the Old Bakery has been many things. A butchers, a shop, a Blacksmiths. it has a charming and chequered history which is reflected in its character. Village location. 1 pub that does great food. 2x General stores. Larger shops within 15 mins. Lots of walking in the local area across the Wolds (AOAB). Beach (year round dog friendly) a short drive away. Louth nearby (foodie heaven) with a regular market and independent retailers.
