May’s Cottage is positioned right on Holt Market Place adjacent and above probably the best ice cream parlour in the country and opposite the exceptional Bakers and Larner Department Store established in 1770. This one bedroom cottage boasts the only balcony fronting the market place in this Georgian gem of a town where you can breakfast on your private terrace as you watch everyone’s comings and going’s. With it’s own entrance from Fish Hill the flat is exquisitely furnished; yours to enjoy.

We're very dog friendly - we can accommodate 1 well behaved dog. Further afield, lose yourself in the glories of the North Norfolk coast and countryside.

This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Easy driving access to all of North Norfolk’s world class beaches. The cottage is tucked away along a quiet loke and benefits from having private off road parking for one car (a rare thing in Holt!)
