In the main house, a spacious hall leads to a sunny sitting room with comfy sofas, big TV and open fire. The family room stretching across the rear of the cottage is open plan and incorporates the kitchen, dining and seating areas with constant warmth from the Aga. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with king size beds and a light filled twin room.

The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast. Thursford, which hosts the Christmas Spectacular is 7 miles from Holt.

Pepperpot cottage

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. Cart Lodge is a beautiful barn conversion situated in North Norfolk. Conveniently close to the town of Holt and only 6 miles from the Coast. Cart Lodge comfortably sleeps 10 and has a very sociable living space great for a get together with friends and family. Book with us during the winter months, October 2025 to March 2026 and the hot tub is included. The Hot tub is bookable as an extra cost at all other times.
