Quiet family oriented neighborhood. 10 miles from Kiawah Island featuring beautiful beaches and some of the best golf in SC including the famous PGA course at Kiawah Golf course. Folly Beach 12 miles away and downtown Charleston 10 miles away. The interior has been recently renovated with 2 smaller bedrooms and a medium size master bedroom. The home includes a large deck for coffee and a mid size bbq grill. **Unfortunately due to a few inconsiderate guests, we no longer allow pets. *** Sorry.

Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen(microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. . Separate entrance from the house. 14 miles to airport (20 mins) 10 miles to downtown Beaches(Kiawah-24 miles or Folly Beach-16miles ). CHS Guest Suite w/Separate Entry 2 Bedroom& 2 Bath

**One of the few Airbnb’s with a legal permit in Charleston, SC. Just 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, SC. Free parking in my driveway! Guest suite. Own private and separate entrance. Comfortably hosts four. We charge a fee if two people want to stay in two separate rooms- the room rate is based on double occupancy. Fee is $40/ppn for 2nd bedroom Guest access to swimming pool. Cottage in the Oaks is truly a dream cottage. Our goal was to make this cottage a restful, peaceful home away from home. We are nestled on 2.5 acres with multiple ancient Live Oaks. You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. Play pickleball? We know all the local courts and teams, we are happy to help you find a game!

The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed but the sofa also extends into a queen-sized sleeper. Please reach out with further questions or if you would like to inquire about an extended stay.

Serene Johns Island 2/1 Home Between Chas & Kiawah

This newly renovated Midcentury Modern style home is situated on Johns Island, half way between Charleston and Kiawah/Seabrook Islands. Whether you enjoy golfing, beach days, or exploring the charm and history of Downtown Charleston, you'll be close to it all. We are 30 minutes to Folly Beach, 24 minutes to Kiawah Island, 27 minutes to Seabrook Island, and 22 minutes to Downtown Charleston.

My guest house is available for your enjoyment within walking and biking distance to Park Circle's quaint village and the Riverfront Park on the Cooper River.
