Very much city center and lovely apartment. Loved the decor and how tidy everything was.

We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

We found the hosts to be very helpful with detailed instructions on how to get to the accommodation. The accommodation was lovely, bright and spacious with everything needed for your stay. We would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay again when staying in York. The accommodation was very close to the station as well as the city and therefore an ideal place to stay at. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious and good too. Overall we were very impressed with our stay ♥️

Excellent location near York railway station and an easy walk into town. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local on the corner for provisions. It’s a beautiful apartment in immaculate condition and beds configured into 4 singles as we requested.

Arrived at the apartment early and Carole allowed us to park our car early enabling us go into town and forget about the car. The apartment itself was lovely. Within a short distance Into the centre of town. There was a lovely bottle of red wine and biscuits waiting for us in the apartment. A very nice touch. Bruberrie, a small local cafe, was just round the corner and did a lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks again.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

Absolutely lovely place. Exactly as described. Everything we needed. Only place for 1 car per apartment, but was easy to find another carpark. 15 minute walk straight down main road leading into the centre. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

It was a great place to stay for us. 20 min walk into York or a short drive. Parking was always available outside and was easy to get to. The house was clean and tidy and had lots of bits we liked. Towels for starters and tea, coffee, sugar,salt and pepper to mention just a few of the kitchen staples that were there. Whilst it doesn't sound important, it's really so helpful if your staying a few days and cooking. Thanks for a great stay. Matthew and Fleur

We had a wedding in York and booked Dawn’s house on all the reviews and recommendations. We were not at all disappointed! Very spacious house with all we needed. Getting into town was easy and being near to the station was good for my son and his girlfriend who also stayed with us. I would throughly recommend staying here Dawn kept us informed on all aspects of our stay. Thank you for an amazing time!

What a brilliant host. The house was perfect for our short stay and Ian even left our kids an Easter egg as a surprise for Easter. If we are ever in the area again we would stay again.

The guys we booked in here had a great stay, and were happy with the property and the amenities. Very convenient base for getting about Leeds, being near York Road. The hosts were very communicative and helpful and made checking-in very easy. I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future. Thanks very much :)

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

This is in a great location. Close to all the attractions and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Yet once in the apartment it's peaceful and cosy. Karen left wine and snacks for our arrival which was very much appreciated. We did have a few problems with the shower but it didn't spoil our holiday and Karen was quick to respond to our concerns. York is a beautiful place to visit and this property is very central to everything. 😀

The Coach House is a full building with private of street parking for one car flight outside. Great instructions with easy access. Inside, the smaller double and en-suite has the complete ground floor. Upstairs the huge queen bedded room has the main bathroom immediately opposite. The lounge is immense with space for all to sit at table or lounge in front of the 60 inch TV Smallish kitchen has everything you need. Annalisa was helpful and friendly from the outset with restaurant recommendations, great directions, and an impressive welcome pack. Plenty of power sockets for phones etc.

We had a great stay at this flat! The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions, which made exploring the area really convenient. The flat itself is in great condition: fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained. The ensuite bathroom was a nice touch, and the big TV was perfect for relaxing in the evening. I especially appreciated all the thoughtful little touches the host provided—tea, snacks, shampoo, bin bags, and even wireless chargers by each bed and a wireless speaker. These details really make a difference when you’re staying for a short time. Highly recommend!

Richard’s place was perfect, very peaceful. Very well equipped and thought out. Will definitely come back when visiting family in Leeds.

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!

Really lovely stay in the heart of York. The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for a short break away. The host instructions were spot on for entry and parking. The local recommendations were a great touch and we sampled several! Absolutely would return.

A comfortable stay, we were only having an overnight but would book again for longer if we need to sometime. Lovely thought to provide Proseco welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanita & Dave’s place! The apartment was neat, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station and the city centre. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Very lovely place, clean and very responsive host. First Airbnb that we stayed in that are so complete with kitchen utensils - you can literally cook a roast and bake a cake. They have everything! Walkeable to many great places, our family had an amazing time. We highly recommend!

Extremely pleased with apartment-exactly as shown and described on the web-site. Very tastefully furnished. So easy to walk into the city. Cannot fault in any way. Amanda has an apartment to be very proud of. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to York.
