Welcome to our beachfront 1 bedroom condo at "The Riggings"! Enjoy the stunning ocean views from the comfort of your own private balcony. Inside, you'll find a cozy queen size bed, perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat. We also have a twin size bunk bed and a pull out couch, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Whether you're looking for a romantic escape, a family vacation, or a relaxing solo trip, our beachfront condo has everything you need for a perfect stay.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

The charming guesthouse is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

Dixie's Cottage- Apartment on the ICW Water Access

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

A quiet little getaway for two, newly renovated, backing up to the Maples golf course in Sea Trail. This condo is convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Access to two neighborhood pools and a gym. 1.9 miles from Sunset Beach.
