Now with brand new mattress with memory foam for extra comfort! This is a double room in a lovely house situated in a quiet residential area, 2.5 miles from Leeds city centre. There is safe on-street parking outside the house. You'll have shared access to the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. We provide WiFi, towels, bedding, hairdryer, soap, shampoo etc, as well as tea, coffee, breakfast cereals and basic cooking ingredients. We like to make sure you have everything you need!
