Suburban villa

This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem der beliebtesten Kölner Viertel, dem "Belgischen Viertel" direkt am Stadtgarten. Durch die direkte Parklage und die Lage der Wohnung im Innenhof ist es hier absolut ruhig. Einen kostenlosen, reservierten Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor dem eigenen, separaten Hauseingang. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hat extrahohe Decken und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Viertel bietet eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten etc. – alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Apartment 1 ist 30m2 groß und wurde im Sommer 2016 komplett renoviert. Eine Küchenzeile ist mit Spülmaschine, Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, sowie einer Senseo Kaffeemaschine komplett eingerichtet. Es gibt keine Waschmöglichkeiten in dieser Wohnung. Der lichtdurchflutete Wohnraum ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein gemütliches Sofa lädt zum Entspannen ein und im Doppelbett (Breite 140cm) lässt sich gut schlafen. Freies Wlan. Gute Lage (15 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Köln Messe/Deutz).

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich in der ersten Etage unseres Wohnhauses, direkt im Grünen und doch im beliebten Stadtteil Dellbrück mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spielplatz hinter dem Haus im Park. Erreichbar von Flughafen, Innenstadt und Messe innerhalb weniger Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Bus- und Strassenbahn Haltestellen zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Direkte Verbindung zur Messe mit der KVB Linie 3, in die Innenstadt mit der Linie 18.

The Apartment is located in a northern Suburb of Cologne. It has its own entrance and parking spots are located right in front of the house. Shops, tram and buses are close by. The apartmant has a broad living and dining area with a kitchenet. Additionally, it has a seperated bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are heated by floor heating. Big windows, TV, WLAN, bedding and towels are also included.

Der Kotten ist eigentlich eine kleine Fabrik, eine ehemalige Messerschleiferei, und liegt am Ende des Tals und abseits des Dorfes direkt an der Wupper. Hier treffen sich Industriearchitektur, Ruhe und ganz, ganz viel Natur.
