Mulberry Acres is a peaceful country retreat on 3.5 acres located in Smithville, Oklahoma, a 30 min. drive north of Beaver's Bend State Park/lake area. Looking for an affordable quiet country cottage within driving distance of a multitude of natural wonders, lakes, rivers, hiking, trendy restaurants and night life? Mulberry Acres is your place. A great place for families and friends to gather to have fun, relax and enjoy the peaceful splendor of nature. Sleeps 4-6 guests with air mattress.

Pocohantas Cabin/Hot Tub

Enjoy a family getaway or a a peaceful stay with your significant other at this cabin, inside you will find a king bed and a sleeper sofa downstairs and 3 twin beds upstairs, a kitchen with cookwares and dining ware, a full size stove and oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a washer & dryer. NO WIFI, satellite or local TV. Outside there is a back deck with a 5 seat hot tub, a front deck with a table and 2 chairs. About 20 feet from the back deck there is a fire pit.

The Cottage at Acorn

We are ready for Christmas! The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains and only 4 miles to Mena. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. Covered concrete parking (with a basketball goal) and an outdoor covered patio. There are 2 entrances, please use The Veterans Memorial Park entrance on Highway 71.

The deck has seating to enjoy the peace and quiet while watching for wildlife. This property is a perfect getaway place!

Freshly painted interior, crisp clean sheets and ultra cool air conditioner. Can’t beat the comfort level here. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate ATV or boat trailers in our drive.
