Location is not only close to park, but is also close to Austin Straubel Airport and just minutes from Lambeau Field Perfect for your Green Bay Leisure retreat, work or fishing for the big one visit. The house is located on one of the main streets in town & across the street from the Green Bay Plaza Strip Mall. There is also a Bakery next door called The Bakery that I'm sure you will be able to smell. At night when the businesses around the area close the area becomes nice and quiet. So if you like being VERY close to Shopping, Restaurants and area Businesses this is the house

Private upper apartment with full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with memory foam bed, bathroom with corner shower(no tub) and bonus room with queen size bed and futon. There is a shared drive way used for parking with one parking spot available. There is no overnight on street parking allowed. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood neighborhood only 3 miles to Lambeau field or a mile to downtown on Green Bay north end near HWY 43. Not suitable for kids under 8.

Private side entrance at ground level featuring large windows with natural light, private bathroom with toiletries, laundry room with washer/dryer, private family room with couch, TV with Hulu, wireless, microwave, coffee maker, bottled water, and a mini fridge. You have the entire floor to yourself, as we live upstairs. House is located in a quiet country subdivision. Deer, birds and other wildlife are daily visitors. Easy drive to Lambeau Field, the airport, and downtown Green Bay!

Main level of home includes a large open living and dining area with large kitchen, half bath and sitting room with sleeper sofa and coffee bar. The second floor of home has a huge main bedroom with a direct outside upper deck access and a second bedroom and full bath. Garage is not for occupants use. Parking in driveway is allowed. This home is 2.8 miles (8 min drive) to Lambeau Field.
