There is also a Bakery next door called The Bakery that I'm sure you will be able to smell. At night when the businesses around the area close the area becomes nice and quiet. Easy interstate access, just off I-41. No parties allowed. For property protection and to assist with guests there are floodlight cameras at each entrance, a camera in the garage (to enforce no smoking policy), and in the utility area of the basement to monitor consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, etc).
